I received an ARC of this novella in exchange for an honest review.I really enjoyed this novella. I thought it was well crafted and witty. The only reason I'm not giving it an extra star is because I wanted to see more intimacy between Ginger and Catalina. Their sex was told as afterthoughts - it would have been more effective if she had have shown them making love through sexy scenes. I wanted to see them feel each other, hold each other, taste each other, make love to each other.
I do like how she had me guessing near the end of the story. Were they going to hook up with the bartender? Clint? Or someone else? Perhaps in part two (if there is another part) they can have a threesome with a man, then a woman, and compare the two experiences. I also couldn't help notice the author and MC share the same name, which, to me was hot as hell thinking this may have been a memoir. :)
I hope to read more from this author. She writes in a genre that I enjoy.

Three "How about a threesome" stars.
An excellent fast paced read! If the rest of the series is as good as this one I will want to read them all.
I received a copy of this book from the author via IndiGo Marketing and Design in exchange for a honest review.
I loved the blurb for this book, it has an unusual storyline that really had me intrigued. Unfortunately it didn't quite live up to my expectations, and I struggled to finish the book. I didn't hate it, but it it just wasn't for me.
How About A Threesome is about a lesbian couple's search for a man to join them for a threesome in the hope that one of them falls pregnant. It's a fun, unique idea for a story and it resulted in some funny moments as well as some hot scenes. The main problem I had was that I really couldn't connect with the two main characters, Catalina and Ginger. It's hard to say exactly why I felt this disconnect, I just felt like an outsider looking in at the couple - I never really felt involved with them or even cared about the outcome of the story.
I've found it difficult to decide on a star rating for this book, but I've settled on three stars as it falls in the 'Ok' category for me. The plot idea and writing style were good, but overall it just didn't work for me.

And I honestly rather enjoyed this story! It struck me as being pretty unusual for erotica in having a real story as well, and characters with personalities, a relationship and a domestic life. The premise of the story, two women in a relationship interested in having a guy to play with, was rather amusing, and the way they set about their search was entertaining. The slight tensions and uncertainties this sort of game could introduce to a relationship were reflected realistically enough. I don't want to give anything away, but I thought the way the story developed was entertaining and oddly plausible.
